Nose: Aromas of black cherry, plum and vanilla.
Palette: Excellent fruit and tanning balance complemented by the subtle ageing in French oak barrels.

Wine making:

The grapes were hand harvested in October 2023 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats, a further ageing in French Oak barrels has enhanced the subtle flavour.
