Colour: Ruby
Nose: Vanilla, Red Fruits and very light Oak
Palette: Bold flavours of blackberry with hints of Smokey Vanilla and well balanced Tannins

Wine making

The grapes were hand harvested in September 2022 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats before the aging in oak barrels .

Food notes

A perfect accompaniment with Lamb, Fish, a Pasta dish, Cheese or on its own.
