Tasting notes

Style: Light Beaujolais style
Colour: Dark berry
Nose:  Cedar & Vanilla aromas
Palette: Excellent fruit and tanning balance.  Hints of chocolate
and liquorice all complemented by the subtle ageing in oak barrels.

Wine making

The grapes were hand harvested in October 2022 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats, a further ageing in  Oak barrels has enhanced the subtle flavour.

Food notes

A perfect accompaniment with Welsh Lamb and Venison.
