Prices and payment
The prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on our website. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude standard delivery (charge is variable depending on the products ordered/shipping destination).
Please note that your credit/debit card or bank account will be debited for the full value of your order in £ Sterling, when payment is authorised, and before we dispatch your order.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable. No refund will be given for part use, or if voucher expires without being redeemed

Cancellations
Date transfers only. Once you book a specific date White Castle Vineyard Ltd will require no less than 48 hours’ notice in order to transfer your place(s) onto an alternative Vineyard Tour. All changes will incur an administration fee of £5 per person, and a new date must be agreed at time of amendment. Where a date cannot be altered it will not be possible to issue a refund.

If your order for wine or tickets is placed over a weekend or bank holiday your order will be processed the following working day. Once an order is dispatched, please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery. Wine
will be delivered to the address provided. A signature will be required on delivery. A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS WILL BE REQUIRED TO ALLOW THE COURIER TO NOTIFY THE PURCHASER OF THE DELIVERY SLOT If there is no-one to receive the delivery, the courier may take the parcel to their local depot for collection by yourselves. Ownership
We retain ownership of any products ordered until we have received full payment for such products. However, risk in the products will pass to you upon delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time, and for any reason, within 7 days of delivery of the products ordered. In this case you must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing and you must return the product(s) to us at your expense in their original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories and documentation that were part of the delivery. We will refund any monies paid to us in respect of a cancelled order within 28 days of receiving your note of cancellation Minus the shipping costs.
Warranty
We warrant that any product purchased through our website is of satisfactory quality. If you have any reservations or comments about the appearance or quality of our products, you should state these on our carriers’ delivery statement. Alternatively, you must notify us of any complaints within 28 days of delivery.
