Tasting notes

Style: Dry white wine
Colour: Honey blonde and light straw hues
Nose: Layered sweet aromas of peach, orange blossom and nectarine
Palette: Ripe lychee and a long soft spicy finish

Wine making

The grapes were hand harvested in October  2021 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats.

Food notes

A perfect accompaniment with Fish.

Serve chilled.
